I have to say one thing. If I could keep this place for my secret bookings for the future I woudl willingly do so wihout telling anyone about this place. Everything was close to excellent including cleanliness, internet quality, free set of channels and movies, the size of the property, facilities, nice shadowed territory outside. The time to the beach is 7-8 minutes of the easy walking and the time to the vibrant restaurant and clubbing area of Budva is about 20-30 minutes. The host and the management of the property is extremely responsive and flexible. If you want to have a great accomodation this is the place to be.
There is almost nothing that I can reflect as not great. One thing is that the electric sockets on the walls are a bit unstable and you need to be careful to plug something in or out. But this is a minor thing and elecric sockets in the kitchen were very reliable.
