We had a lovely stay here and really enjoyed our first night in Gozo. The room was clean, comfortable and welcoming, and the whole place had a very pleasant atmosphere. The location was also great for exploring the island.

The location is a little far from the beach, but otherwise we had a very pleasant stay.

The property was beautiful. The room was exactly as pictured. The bed was comfortable. The pool and pool area was nice. The property was very clean and the host's partner who cleaned the property was pleasant and courteous. Gozo is a beautiful island.

We booked this property looking for a relaxing retreat, but it was not restful at all. The male host's intrusive behavior made our stay incredibly uncomfortable. On arrival, with our bags still on our backs the host pressured us to join a guest BBQ costing €25 per person. We declined because my partner is vegetarian and we do not drink beer. The event turned out to be just the host, two of his friends, and the next door neighbors. They drank by the pool from 2pm until after 10pm, forcing us to leave the property for the day just to escape. We had to buy our own toilet roll as it was not restocked and the shower is extremely small. Another day while trying to relax by the pool, a loud JCB excavator started clearing the lot next door less than 10 feet away from where we were sunbathing. The host never apologized for the noise. Instead, he went to the rooms to check the AC, came down to the pool, and lectured us about it costing him €10 a day to run. Even after explaining it was turned on briefly while searching for a security gate key to let his other guests in a little bit earlier, he smirked and kept complaining. He brought it up again at breakfast the next morning. Breakfast was highly uncomfortable. The host talked excessively about weight, shamed people for overeating, and explained he barely fills the juice jug because "people drink too much." He also inappropriately complained to us about his running costs.We left our stay feeling stressed rather than relaxed. I could write more but I think I have written enough. Avoid if you are looking for privacy or a true retreat.
