Room was fresh like the rest of the house, modern, great wifi.

Parking can be difficult, very busy area. There is free parking but can take some time to find a spot is my only comment. If you have a smaller car it would be easier.

Bed was comfy, bathroom was clean and modern. Shower was hot and spacious. Adequate clothes storage. Clean kitchen.

Room was next to a busy main road so very noisy. I thought I had booked a room with it's own kitchen facilities but it wasn't. I was told it was Booking.com's fault as the listing had pics of kitchen facilities. When I enquired about upgrading i didn't receive a reply. Listing pics also showed a chair at the desk but there wasn't one so couldn't work on my laptop at the desk comfortably. There wasn't many utensils in the kitchen either. I requested an invoice twice and never received one. There was also a fire alarm with 230v power hanging from the ceiling which could be fatal if someone touched it. Parking is also a problem. I finished work around 6:30pm so it was ok to park on the single yellow line but anytime before 5 or 6pm and you'll have to find somewhere that could be quite distant as all the surrounding roads are permit only :(

The property was clean however there was a damp smell coming from the carpet, which I could tell had been recently washed/cleaned. However the carpet also stayed wet for the first 2 days of my stay. It was nice to have a toaster, kettle and microwave in the room. The bathroom was clean.

Wet carpets and damp smell in the room. The bare minimum in terms of crockery, cutlery and utensils. No seasonings available in the kitchen for cooking. No kitchen knives either. There was no hand soap in the bathroom and despite me asking the property manager, none was provided. I had a single bath towel to last me for 4 days, which wouldn’t happen in a hotel or better managed property. I was on a work trip and the property has awful wifi and reception. I couldn’t make any phone calls or video calls, and my ability to work was severely limited. I also found parking difficult. The property description says there is plenty parking on the road, except the bays were fully everyday and having to move the car at 8am everyday was inconvenient. I also ended up getting a parking ticket for parking on a side road. I wouldn’t return to this property again
