Quedarme poco tiempo , con alguna promoción hubiera quedado por lo menos un día más 😃

Excellent room, with more than amazing views over Puerto Rico de Gran Canaria from the balcony. Beds were comfortable, and the design and lightning of the bedroom is also amazing, with warm lights to make you wind down before sleep. Bathroom had a large shower, a hairdryer, however, only one set of towel were provided for a 5 night stay, but when we asked for more, we were provided a new set without problem. A/C in both living room and bedroom, although, you have to pay a 20€ deposit for the remote, which is understandable, since it's a very modern one. Kitchen has a small and a large pot, an induction stove, and a microwave, with a set of 4 plates, and cutlery. And old dripping coffee / tea make is also available, with a toaster and a kettle. The only thing to highlight is parking: Usually, people who stay here, stay only in Puerto Rico, go to nearby beaches, and only occasionally take a taxi to a different city. Not us though, we like to rent a car and explore the whole island, go up the mountains to hidden miradors, find piscinas naturales. So if you're like us, keep in mind, that the hotel only has 5 spaces of parking, for the 100+ rooms they have. It's first come, first served. You need to pay a 20€ deposit for the keys, and then, for your entire stay, that space is reserved just for you. We were very lucky to get the last available spot, otherwise we would have needed to park at the bottom of Calle de Gran Canaria, 10 minutes walk away. Also, let me give a shoutout to the girl receptionist, who helped us very kindly with all of out request, the A/C remote, reserving the parking, extending the stay, and so on, and were even kind to speak Spanish for us slower, so we could practice a bit. :)

I cannot mention a single bad thing. :)

We had breakfast in the Casablanca and it was excellent value.

The Sun bed issues...30 min rule. We made a complaint to management and it was dealt with very promptly.

La tranquilidad, el personal y el mobiliario en perfectas condiciones

Fuimos con media pensión (el servicio se da en el hotel colindante). El desayuno estupendo, pero la cena estaba dividida en entrantes y postres buffet y el plato principal a la carta. Los entrantes calientes estaban buenos, pero no tenían sentido. Una de las noches habían albóndigas en salsa de tomate y un pollo mechado, pero no tenían acompañante hubo que comerlos con pan. La noche del sábado la metre que nos atendió era de todo menos profesional, se notaba que no tenía nada bajo control y el servicio por ello fue bastante tenso. Además la bebida, que no está incluida, era muy cara (5€ la copa de vino y 2,75€ la Cocacola de botella más pequeña que se vende)
