Environment: The view outside the window was super beautiful. I originally booked a bay window room, but when I got there, the staff helped me upgrade for free to a floor-to-ceiling window king room, and there was also a late check-out. The service was super good, highly recommended.

A localização do hotel é boa. Fica situada dentro de um edificio comercial. Fica logo a frente do Grandviewmall. O staff é bem solicito quando é pedido algo, e achei legal o serviço de oferecer lavagem de roupa incluso no pacote. Quanto a limpeza achei bem agradável. Todo dia é feito a troca das toalhas e limpeza do quarto.
Quando cheguei no quarto o cheiro de cigarro estava bem forte e com o passar dos dias o cheiro reduziu bastante. Só que, por se tratar de um edificio comercial misturado com residencial. Por exemplo durante uma noite, alguém ficou fumando perto do ar condicionado e até cozinhou, dentro do quarto o cheiro ficou horrível. Mas creio que seja um hábito chinês de poder fumar dentro do quarto, porque tinha até cinzeiro ao lado da cama.
A localização do hotel é meio confusa.

Местоположение супер. Персонал тоже отличный.
Адрес указан не верно, мы долго искали, хорошо что было не поздно ,люди подсказали . Дали номер без окна, хотя при заказе такой инфы не было. Единственное окно было в душе. Фото в программе и фото в реале не реально отличаются
