отличная квартирка. , хоть и не новая , большая -3комнаты и кухня полноценная, с большим количеством посуды и прочих кастрюль для готовки. было очень чисто. И самое крутое это терасса-балкон , он великолепен, с красивым видом. Лучше арендовать эту квартиру на третьем этаже чем на нижних без балкона.
ну наверное насекомцы, но на юге везде насекомые бегают. Сам дом выглядит неочень ночью, и распологается прямо на дороге , но это все норм все там хорошо внутри. Собственникам нужно убрать мусор под окнами и с деревьев.👆
