There is a private bathroom space.
It has shops and restaurants downstairs
It feels safe as there are security guards at the main entrance
The lack of welcoming or introduction by the owner who was hiding in a room. The refusal of giving a towel. How are visitors expecting to shower? Do they have to drag a wet towel with them in their suitcase?
I , for example. Had a 12 hours bus trip to KL. All I wanted is to have a shower and relax. There is no wifi code visible in the room or anywhere. I had to ask the owner after numerous knocking on his bedroom door .
An international adaptor could be handy , if overseas tourists want to stay over. I couldn't charge my phone . Didn't want to bother the owner any longer as he made a grumpy impression.
