The house is spacious and it has 2 living rooms. Kids and adults can be in the 2 separate areas. The kids room are so tailored for my 2 boys and a girl. Each having their own customised room is a bonus. They enjoyed their time having their bubble baths and the parents have 2 showers. Its just 2 mins walk to the playground and bbq pit. We hosted a little gathering for our friends there. It is so accessible. With ample sheltered seats and table, we enjoyed our little picnic.
There were frozen food leftovers in the freezer. Other than that, it is a very nice and quiet neighbourhood.

Good location at Upper Swan, nearby swan valley.. walking distance to kids playground.. 5-10mins drive to shopping mall. Beyond my expectations, recommended! Have 2 television, rice cooker!!

The area was very relaxing and quiet. There were parks and playgrounds everywhere. It made you want to be outside and stroll around.
You needed a vehicle to go anywhere.

We stayed at serene escape to attend a wedding nearby. It was perfect for our needs. It was clean and well appointed.
