    Front desk staff who were mostly university interns were helpful. However, management is not competent. Very bad laundry facility. Has to share laundry facility with Co-owned Apple Hostel next door where only 2 small washers are available and 1 broken down dryer. Insufficient clothes drying lines for guest as majority used to dry bed sheets. Paid breakfast is not good. Dining chairs are smelly.
