Very responsice - We were lost and tired and sent message via booking.com and we received a response with very clear directions almost immediately. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming....we were almost 4 hours after our intended ETA. They made sure we had everything we asked for. Accommodation was as is in the pictures. Extra bedding and complimentary tea and coffee. Would definitely recommend.
