Absolutely loved the local! Very short walking distance to beach access. We were able to get around the island with the supplied golf cart without any trouble.
Don't overthink the fact that it is a new listing. There are still manufacturer stickers on the furniture where they've recently been put together. But it's new, so expected. And I couldn't find a dust pan for all the sand that we track in.
