You truly have a beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and generally clean property, and anyone would feel right at home in your flat just as we did. We also greatly appreciated the extra pillows provided. The rest of the unit was beautifully cleaned. The upstairs bathroom inside the shower area does include a functional place to store travel-sized toiletries. Additionally, while the green couch looks intimidating in the online photos, it is actually super clean, comfortable, and very nice in person. Given the opportunity, I would 100% rebook this property again.

Our feedback is constructive insight; an issue can happen even if others didn't experience it. Regarding why we didn't communicate, reaching out or taking photos would have been helpful, but we prefer being resourceful over nitpicking. We solve manageable issues ourselves and only reach out immediately for unresolvable problems. What we experienced did not feel worth disrupting the host over at the time. The unit lacks air conditioning. It would be wise to change heavy winter bedding to lighter summer bedding during warmer months, or at least have extra light top sheets readily available for guest comfort. What I experienced in the top twin bedroom was baffling. On my first night, I found loose leaves and dirt directly underneath the covers on the white sheets. Because the bed sits against the wall, outdoor debris cannot naturally drift under a tucked comforter; someone had to physically lift the bedding or knowingly make the bed over it. It is a complete mystery how this occurred given how clean the rest of the flat was. Furthermore, a roof covered in debris sits right outside the two large windows. Because the room got warm and there was no portable fan provided in that specific top-floor room to help with the warmth, we had to keep windows open. While the rest of the house was equipped with portable fans, that specific room did not have one available to us. When the wind blows, debris falls from the roof through windows onto the bed against the wall, leaving loose leaves and dirt on top of the covers by morning. Sweeping the roof area would prevent this. Finally, walking to Streatham Common station with heavy luggage felt long, which was the route Google Maps provided to us and we used daily coming and going.

Clean good place to stay for one night

Nice easy entry process key box easy to find . Lovely and clean would recommend staying there when looking for a one night stay when on business or visiting for an event
