Beachside Heacham

A fabulous caravan very close to the beach

Would have benefitted from a fan as was very hot, however main thing to be aware of is the van is right next to the sports court which can get very noisy

The beds were more comfortable than I expected them to be.

The arcade was very poor, I actually ended up going to cedar springs archade. The people there are great. The entertainment was ok. The way the swimming pool is run was terribly, only open for 45 mins and you have to book in for the extras. When we did go to use the pool for the second time we were told there had been an incident and the pool would be open at 2pm. When we arrived they had opened it half an hour earlier than what we were told then we couldn't go in as it was full.There were people tuned away quite a lot on the 2 occasions we were there. This caused a lot of unhappy faces on children that just wanted to have fun. £45 for 3 passes that were used for swimming 2 times. Hunstanton swimming was so much better and the staff there were great. I paid around £13 for 2 kids and my kids were in the pool for 3 hrs. The nisa shop was ridiculously expensive and the one item purchased was out of date. I took it straight back. Jennie's shop was much better although still on the pricey side, it was not as bad as the nisa on site though. The caravan itself could have been cleaner. It had a very strong smell of dog and the furniture was covered in dog hair. The covers over the sofa could do with a good wash as they were very grubby. I spent a couple of hours cleaning and had to un block the hoover and clean the filter out. The bathrooms were a lot cleaner than I expected although I did have to clean all the floors as they were very dirty. I didn't plan on doing the cleaners job. Nice location and the beach was very close. Brancaster beach is definitely worth the visit and great to spend a few hours or the day there.

Comfortable had everything we needed. Proximity to the beach.

Closeness to the play court meant it could be noisy.
