Przestronne, ciche mieszkanie z balkonem. Duże pojemne szafy na ubrania z dużą liczbą wieszaków. Wygodny materac. Cicha lodówka. Dobra lokalizacja i blisko sklepy do wyboru.
Brak szafek nocnych przy łóżku, słabe oświetlenie w pokoju dziennym bez możliwości jakiejkolwiek regulacji natężenia światła sztucznego - np. brak lampy stojącej do czytania. Brak kosza na śmieci w Brak zasłon w sypialni położonej od wschodu - słoneczny armagedon. Dołożyłbym do wyposażenia jakieś elementy nadające mieszkaniu klimat.
