TV is oddly placed and isn't very comfortable to watch from the bed, and the curtains aren't completely blackout

La chambre est moderne et récente mais n'a une fenêtre que sur une cour intérieure. La chambre parentale est immense et confortable. C'est situé juste à côté du terminal de bus.

On a eu des difficultés pour récupérer les clés. Le futon n'était pas confortable du tout.

L’hotel è centralissimo, nei dintorni ci sono tantissimi bar, ristoranti e fast food. È vicinissimo al molo per imbarcarsi per Cozumel e alla stazione ADO. L’appartamento è spazioso e pulito con 2 camere (una matrimoniale e una con due letti singoli separati) e 2 bagni e una cucina utilizzabile. Grazie alla presenza dei condizionatori siamo stati benissimo. Il personale è gentile e sempre sorridente. Il beach club con cui è convenzionato è molto bello. Unica pecca: piscina non sempre pulita e anche i materassi dei vari lettini a bordo piscina. Tuttavia, il loro cibo è buonissimo e il personale gentilissimo.

L’appartamento non viene pulito tutti i giorni e considerando che non è possibile gettare nulla nel wc, si crea una situazione un po’ sgradevole. Piscina e lettini del beach club convenzionato spesso sporchi

The price was reasonable for a two-bedroom unit. It has a kitchen too. The A/Cs were working wonderfully. The toilet seat was loose. When I reported it, they quickly got a new one. There is no coffeemaker. You have to ask for one. You also have to ask for your room to be cleaned. You have access to a beach club that closes at 6 p.m. I love the location as it's right by the ADO bus station.

Everything was great. I wish I would have requested a coffeemaker as soon as I saw there was none.
