The host was always available for problems. Communication in written English was good, spoken ony Italian. We had an issue with the boiler (no hot water), the host managed to get it fixes within a day. It's close to public transport and close to PoliTo. Cafes, shops and restaurants are just around the corner

This place has no AC, be aware of that when considering a stay during summer... It was properly cleaned when we arrived, and available cleaning tools are very minimalistic. Stove and cuttlery wasn't clean at all, fridge also not. Shower ist not working properly (only handheld device), shower door and bathroom door are broken. Keys for both access doors need special treatmen (aparment door lock works on reverse operation). The two bedrooms used to be one room which is no separated by a very thin dry wall (radiator is splitting the wall...). Place hast no internet at all (no LAN, no WiFi). Killer: Pests in the bathroom/toilett during the night (might be from the sewer...). Make sure that you read the description of this place clearly: What's not stated, is not avaiable.
