Villa Nelly with Private Pool in Plaka just 2 min Drive to Almyrida Beach

We had an amazing 7 night stay at villa nelly. The location of the villa was amazing, there were 2 shops nearby and lovely restaurants / cafe also a couple minutes walk away. The villa itself had a beautiful pool and multiple outdoor seating areas which overlooked the cretean sea.

The property was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away. It was spotless, incredibly spacious, well equipped, and even more beautiful than the photos suggest. The pool area was immaculate and the perfect place to relax. Inside, the three bedrooms were all spacious, comfortable, and beautifully presented, and the shared living area was equally inviting. The villa had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The location was ideal, just a couple of minutes' walk into the town where you'll find two grocery stores, along with several lovely cafés and restaurants. There was also plenty of secure parking behind the gated entrance, making access easy and convenient. Overall, this is a truly stunning property that we wouldn't hesitate to stay in again. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

The only disappointment was the Wi-Fi. It was advertised as available, but unfortunately it never worked for the entire week we were there. I contacted the owner every day and was told that they were trying to arrange for a technician, but no one was available during our stay. These things can happen, and I appreciate that technical issues aren't always within the owner's control. However, I do feel that, given the situation lasted our entire stay, it would have been nice if the owner had come to speak with us personally or offered some gesture of goodwill. It's a shame, because aside from this issue, the property really was exceptional.
