Really kind and helpful staff. Actual humans at the counter who interacted with me--loved that! There is so much love and history in the rooms and the building (and pleasantly modern bathrooms ;) ) and the breakfast was allround satisfying. Lovely environs, great for exploring some of Stockholm's most beautiful, central islands; very good public transport options (do try the SL "boat busses" across the quay to get to Vaxholm and see the archipelago!). My future first choice for cozy stays in Stockholm Central!
