The owner is very helpful. Provided all details for a smooth check in and out. Also Airport transfer. The house is perfect for 3-4 people. It has everything you need in the kitchen, 2 terases to enjoy coffee and a garden with a table for 6. Has a grill, place to dry your clothes. The house has in each room air-conditioning with sensors. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is nice Everything taken care of and clean. The Alex super market is 5 minutes walk, the beach 2 , restaurants near by.

The accommodation is excellent. It has a large courtyard with plenty of shaded areas throughout the day. The rooms are clean, modern, and everything feels new. It's also very close to the beach. We highly recommend this place. The next time we visit Zakynthos, Sakis will be the first person we contact for accommodation.

The property was close to the town and the beach (a few minutes walk), but still the premises are quiet. Of course, with a car we got to move around the island easily. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. I really liked the big and solid mosquito net-doors and windows, we came home with no mosquito bites! The two terraces were very useful, one had good shade also in the afternoon. Sakis and his family was always reachable and they were very prompt in replying and assisting us in anything we needed to ask. Definitely a great place to stay, we will return!
