This has got to be the worse hotel ever! I stayed a night there and when I went in, there was no window as expected and the room was very far away from the lift. When I check the bed, it have a red lice/bed bug etc and I let it go. The worse thing is that when I went to the toilet and I was about to go out, I saw A RAT 🐀 in the hotel! I quickly went down and asked and they didn’t even do anything to solve the problem. By right I can sue them but was too afraid to take a picture and find out where the rat hid. DONT COME TO THIS HOTEL

Nice hotel at affordable price. Good high-end location in Nanshan District of Shenzhen. Room is spacious and clean with complete amenities and toiletries. Lots of restaurants nearby and walking distance to Talent Park and MixC high-end mall!

Location is centric, great walk score at this location. Located above some of the best local late night food options. If you're a night owl and love a late bite this is your nest! The initial room assigned to me was suppose to be non-smoking. Upon arrival it's clear the prior guest smoked in the room. The staff was great about switching my room right away. Service at the a the FD was excellent!

Checked in at 3am due to the flight arrival. Very tired. Can imagine sleeping at 3. 30am until 7.30am without much sleep due to the air conditioner's loud noise. The next day, asking to change rooms. Wasted on one-day hotel rate. Should get a refund from the hotel, as they should know the problem of the air conditioning.
