    I've been to this hotel before, the room was great, I had no issues what so ever but the next time I booked with the same price and got a really bad room. The paints off the walls were tearing, blanket was torn, ac was dripping inside the room, NONE of the sockets were working for charging. We called the staff and he somehow adjusted the socket by keeping the charging slanting and the phone a certain way so the phone could charge. We asked to change the room but the staff told we need to upgrade or pay extra? second time we weren't happen

    I gave preference to this hotel because earlier i have stayed there and it was pretty good and well-maintained hotel. After some years i have visited electronic city and my first choice was Astra Hotels and suites but when i entered the room all my expectation was broken. Rooms are not maintained, Wet walls ,washroom is not maintained properly,the flash lever was attached to the wall and it was broken and so hard to press it.washroom walls are wet.anyways
