    Fantastic location, clean building, great food, and the staff were wonderful. My partner twisted their ankle during our trip and we inquired if the hotel had any ice packs; by the time we returned to the hotel, the staff had ice packs and ointment prepared for us at the front desk. One thing to note is that we did notice a pink stain on the sink countertop upon arrival. After check out, the hotel contacted us stating they would charge us a 1200RMB cleaning fee for the stain plus a pen mark by the bedside table. Thankfully, we took photos and videos of the room when we arrived to prove those marks were not created by us & were there when we arrived so the issue was resolved quickly, but it was stressful and unfortunate that those markings were not documented already.
