The hotel is quite new, and the beds are new too. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but there is still room for improvement.

Pros: The highlight of our stay was definitely the location. It is very convenient, situated close to major tourist attractions and surrounded by plenty of great food options. Cons: Unfortunately, several issues impacted our experience: Parking: The booking page mentioned free parking, but upon arrival, we were told it costs RM3 per entry. The instructions were somewhat unclear, making us uncomfortable with parking inside—especially after seeing a fee of RM31 displayed on our second day when leaving. Noise Levels: Being close to the main road, traffic noise was noticeable. On our first night, midnight construction work made it very difficult for us to get a good night's rest. Air Conditioning: The air conditioning took several hours to cool the room on the first day, leaving the room uncomfortably warm for a while.
