    We check-in late already but we still need to wait in the lobby almost an hour before we can enter the room because there is an issue about the email confirmation or approval from the owner not receiving by the staff in the lobby so we need to wait until it was resend by the owner which is by that time is in the gym so her assistant is having a hard time contacting her. Also, our booking is for 3 pax but when we arrived in the room the extra bed is not set-up, not cover for the extra bed is available and the towels are for 2 pax only. We requested but in never came. Good thing they have many extra tissue which one of us use as a towel. I will rate them lower that 3 star but infairness to them they allow us to check out late until 2pm to compensate for the inconveniences we had. Though this was not offered but we still need to demand and request for it. fortunately their next guest will arrive late so we can check out late. So in our opinion this is poor customer service.
