    Overall, our stay at the resort was pleasant. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff was helpful and courteous. However, there are a few areas that could be improved: The quality of the food needs improvement. Food prices are slightly on the higher side. Guests should confirm whether the swimming pool is operational before booking, as this information was not clear. Mobile network connectivity is very limited, although the Wi-Fi connection was available and worked well. The contact details provided on the website were different from the actual contact information, which caused some confusion. Despite these issues, the clean rooms, good Wi-Fi, and overall stay experience were satisfactory.

    I loved how welcoming and accommodating the team of Balaji was. Well kept, clean rooms. Delicious and hygienic meals, great location, and all the amenities and facilities provided made sure that I had a great time!!

    It was a truly lovely experience with this range. The food and stay were very enjoyable and made for a memorable time.

    The price I paid was for breakfast included. Agoda however sent a confirmation of stay without breakfast included. I had used family deluxe room of ground floor. There was a strange smell that I could never understand. The curtain holder was also broken. The entrance of the door was such that there was No privacy.
