    I loved how spacious the room was. Thanks for upgrading our room! 😊 The room was clean, and the towels and blankets were new. The only issue was the toilet bowl - it's old and could be replaced with a new one. Overall, our stay was good. I didn't see any cockroaches. The location's a bit far from the metro; the nearest one is Gold Souk, but you'll need to take a bus to get there.

    The bathroom was pretty dirty and needs heavily bleaching but the staff were absolutely brilliant and made my stay worthwhile. They were extremely kind and caring. Always offering to make my stay more comfortable. The facilities in the room were quite good too. Lots of channels on the tv. It was a comfortable and very large room too, with a mini fridge and tea and coffee. The main issue was the cleanliness of the bathroom and the behaviour of the other guests. Mannan on reception was an absolute gentleman. So helpful, friendly, respectful and kind, as was the bellhop. I would definitely return as these two gentlemen made me feel very safe. Also, the man running the onsite restaurant was fantastic. He spoke to me about customising my dishes personally to me and the food was excellent.
