    The room they gave us is on 1st Floor having 2 Rooms inside one another, great well maintained spacious rooms but they told us NO AC FOR AGODA BOOKINGS which spoiled our experience. And lift is very small. Hardly fits 2 people only.

    The property shown in the app was completely different from where we were accommodated, which was misleading. The room was neat but very small and only suitable for two people. Basic amenities like towels, toiletries, and even drinking water were not provided. Charging ₹20 for a water bottle is unacceptable, as it is a basic necessity. The overall management was poor and unprofessional. The only positive aspect was the receptionist, Alex, who was helpful and polite. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations and needs significant improvement.

    In agoda page it's shows an ac room.so we booked ana paid through online after we reach the residency the staff members told ita a non AC room if u need ac u need pay extra charges..we argued around 1 hr and complaint through agoda customer service but we don't get any response in the customer service as well as the property management side..so we decided to cancel the stay but again the agoda page can't accept the cancellation it's was so inconvenient and forceable situation for us..and they literally don't provide anything like towel, kettle, soap, paste.. nothing in the room after we asked they gave only one water bottle and they asked amount for the water bottle also..worst behaviour and money minded residency... And the room also very small for the budget... They don't care about the customer we literally waited 1 hr bcz of this situation...
