The small water park for my child was excellent. My daughter loved the characters.
This was my 2nd stay. The first time 2 years ago was EXCELLENT. New ownership has seriously degraded the resort. Food was not nearly as good. There was no meat (steaks) available the entire week at the restaurants, only very basic and tough filets in the buffet. Only 2 restaurants were open on any given day with 80% hotel occupancy - ridiculous. In the Italian restaurant the food had no flavor. After discussing this with the staff, they said the recipes had been reduced to save money and went back and remade the meal with much more flavor. The kids shows were shortened and there were no adult shows all week. The beach was completely filled with sarga, making the water inaccessible, and no attempts were made to clean it. This was only confined to this property. The adjoining resort had their area cleaned. If you are only looking for a place that your kids will love, book a stay. If you expect more out of such an expensive resort, look elsewhere.
