Property it’s in good condition. There’s some areas are incomplete or remodeling but in overall the property is good.

Service and offer of food was great, beach was superb, au have appreciated presence of life guards on be ach as well as by each pool. Aquapark would need maintenance, as well as more focus on water cleaning in the main pool for kids. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean.
After arrival at night we didn’t get the room I ordered - swim up room. Day after it took several hours of discussions on reception, all the time only promises, excuses and nothing was really happening. At the end we finally got the room changed but I it took lot of effort and destroyed our first day and the arrival impression completely. What I didn’t like was approach of “personal concierge”, trying to sell the membership, but completely ignored the room issue.
