    Very first bad experience during checking in. The staff saw us like homeless for booking from agoda. Was asking about booking details even though i showed the confirmation id, after providing that he started to ask for payment receipt. Hotel doesn't have particular or exact check-in and check-out time, we have checked out at late night which we have already mentioned during booking through agoda. Yet the hotel took extra money more than the cost of booking of that room. And one more thing they didn't provide amenities they mentioned in the website no Wi-Fi no kettle, and the room they gave was very small with seperate cots even though i specifically mentioned i need large single bed.
