    Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was not clean and had a constant foul smell throughout our stay. When we informed the front desk, they sent someone to clean the room, but the staff left water all over the floor after mopping. We had to call the front desk again before they came back to clean it properly. Another frustrating issue was that the hotel did not provide an AC remote. They set the temperature themselves, and whenever we wanted to adjust it—even in the middle of the night—we had to call the front desk. This is highly inconvenient and unacceptable for a hotel. To make matters worse, the AC kept leaking water continuously, making the room even more uncomfortable. The food quality was terrible. The meals had an unpleasant smell, and I strongly recommend avoiding the kebabs—they served raw chicken, which is a serious food safety concern. We were also assigned a room on a floor that wasn't serviced by the lift. From the third floor onward, we had to carry our luggage using the stairs, which was never mentioned beforehand. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. Poor cleanliness, terrible food, inconvenient facilities, and unprofessional service made our stay extremely unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
