Large, spacious, fantastic for public transport, reasonably well appointed, secure. And for us it represented good value.

No air conditioning or fans. Had a stupid mobile system that is a joke. No with no A/C you have to leave the windows open. That just lets noise in, and its noisy with vehicles, sirens and the like. No decent soap or washing machine powder. Think the cleaners could have sorted this in advance. The cleanliness is superficial. Place needs a half day deep cleaning. I must have been the first person to try and open the main bedroom window when I did so it was not impressive. The apartment could be spotless they just need to work a bit harder to achieve them. Only ONE door key. That was really annoying and for the sake of 2 pounds they can probably give you a second key and avoid all sorts of hassle when there's two or more people. Finally the check in procedure was obnoxious, you have to fill out an online form, supply all sorts of unnecessary details and then get hit with an extra charge to try and provide some weird insurance cover while you're in the property. I refused to pay it and they relented. However I have to say they were very communicative and all of my queries were dealt with in a professional manner.
