Very good experience overall. Staff was courteous and professional. Cleanliness was upto the mark. Food was also good.
Need a better parking space and insulation of rooms from traffic noise.

The AC, WiFi, room size was good. Bathroom had warm water. Breakfast hall was good & nicely furnished; with books and LCD TV as well. The staff was also quite courteous. When going out, I also left my laptop with the reception for safe-keeping, until I returned at night. Breakfast was good.
The bedsheets could've been disinfected better; there was a small bug I saw at night. The bathroom had a slight smell. Maybe adding an exhaust fan or cleaning it before guest arrives might help. Upgrading the TVs to Smart TVs would be a great addition but optional. The staff could also offer to do small extra errands for the customers (for a small fee) which would also be great.

Quite a few things surprisingly.. Above all, the overall professionalism and courteous demeanour of the staff in general. Best complimentary breakfast ever. Cleanest bed linen, washrooms, room tiles, you name it.
Nothing really. Maybe Wi-fi registration mechanism can be made simpler and Wi-fi signals can be improved inside the rooms
