Great location and pool area is great.
The communication and check in process was poor. Key wasn’t in lock box when arrived. AI customer service, no person on the ground to help. Requested a call back, no response. Laundry service is shared in hotel and only 2 washing machines to service whole building. No tea bags, compendium with information on laundry services or wifi details in room.

The location was great. Easy walk to restaurants and bars and the beach.
It wasn't as clean as expected. A person had previously cut their hair on the balcony and it was still there.
Bathroom is aged and although has been cleaned, it didnt feel it.
Price reflects the view, not the condition of the unit.

Limited parking; key lockboxes are really hard to open with nails & I think they need to be updated; only 1 toilet paper roll for 8 nights
