The bed was super comfortable. Plenty of kitchen equipment, including washer and tumble dryer. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. Able to walk to downtown, Bayside and Brightline station (though many footpaths currently closed off due to building work).
The cleaning. There was a used condom and cigarette butts on the terrace and my feet were dirty after walking around barefoot (inside only). The whole area is a building site, most of the footpaths closed off so difficult to get anywhere. And very noisy as works on the building opposite start at 7am.
