Schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Typischer Altbau, hat aber mit der modernisierten Wohnung einen besonderen Charme. Lage sehr ruhig, zentral gelegen. Ca. 5 Minuten vom der Autobahn. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen
Wohnung im 5. Stock, ohne Aufzug da Altbau Treppenhaus baujahresbezogen. Treppe steil und eng. Man muss beim herunterlauf ein wenig aufpassen

Eingerichtete Küche, Zimmer so gesehen sehr sauber, Wohlfühlende Einrichtung, Viele Pflanzen, Funktionierender Smart TV, vorhandene Küchengeräte, genügend Kissen und Handtücher
Heizung mussten wir selber anschalten es war unfassbar kalt, der Kühlschrank und Backofen waren nicht die Saubersten, man konnte nicht wirklich heiß duschen, nur warm. Der Schrank unter der Heizung war am schimmeln.
