This hotel is only 6 months old so it's not in such bad shape. It's a good deal for *** don't pick the basic room it's horrible. You'll be on the first floor and you can overhear everybody eating on the terrace you have zero view. There's nothing wrong with the hotel cuz it's brand new in a year this hotel will have gone down in quality. But in the meantime it's new so it's okay. They don't have enough staff that speaks English. Breakfast is disgusting. It's like eating at the old intourist 40 years ago

1- Wrong Floor Assignment, this type of rooms must first floor.
2- Bad Location, very close to the public toilet.
3- no privacy, the room windows attached with the outdoor resturant tables.
I tried several times to solve those problems with the hotel and Agoda, but no solutions

was facing issue once we reached , receptionist lady was unable to find my booking and asked me to wait for more than 40 mins .

We booked the family room and I was amazed by the Bunk bed in the room. The kids loved it so much.
We also liked the food varsities in the breakfast.
