Bed set up was good

The WiFi was not available throughout our stay, and despite repeatedly requesting support from the service staff all day and night, no one took responsibility to resolve the issue. There was also no hot water facility, and we were told to use an induction stove to heat water for bathing, which was extremely inconvenient. For working professionals, I would not recommend booking this room. This place may be suitable only for couples or friends on a casual leisure trip. We struggled for two days without internet, and the manager did not handle customer concerns properly.
