Staff were incredibly helpful, Sumit and team made sure that we were well looked after and were able to get transport to tourist hotspots. The beds were comfortable and the free breakfast we had was good as well. It was good value for money.
They could have had nicer towels, facilities could be nicer but about what you expect for the price.

The staff was helpful.
The service & facilities are not up to mark. Before handing over the key they should be the room. Room condition is bad. The room was not clean, mosquitoes & cockroaches were roaming everywhere. Cigarette Dust kept at the bed side drawer, this kind of thing is too dirty. They should be provided clean rooms. I am not happy with it.
