We stayed here for about a month and a half, and there were definitely some good and bad parts.
First, the location was great; near the BART station and a grocery store. Additionally, it was in one of the safer neighborhoods of Richmond, which was a big plus.
Most appliances in the house worked as expected: AC and heat worked fine, and hot water came very quickly. The three bathrooms made it easier to divide the space among six people.
However, certain appliances gave us a harder time. The dishwasher didn't work, which was fine since we always handwashed our dishes. Some lights, such as the living room fan light or the third-floor room light, would not turn on. The living chairs are also very fragile; many of the screws became loose just from being sat on. One even collapsed while my friend, who is on the skinnier side, was simply sitting, and he almost got injured badly. The electronic lock did not work, and the carbon monoxide detectors were out of battery. One of the most frustrating parts was that there was no recycling bin, so we could never recycle anything or have enough space to fit all our trash because one small trash bin did not fit everything.
Guest contact was responsive and tried to resolve any complaints that came up. For instance, they removed the beehive that was right next to our front door. However, certain problems were simply too grand to be handled.
Overall, we were satisfied with our stay, but some of these issues really need to be addressed
