Bright Top-Floor Apartment with Private Terrace

This apartment was so beautiful, they decorated the place really nice. I had a great stay, everything looked brand new. The kitchen was nice to use with many amenities. The best thing about it was having my coffee in the terrace. The area is in the historic center of Milan, between the Duomo and Navigli.

The property was very clean, modern and in an excellent location.

We booked for 5 people. When we arrived the apartment was set up for two people. It meant that 3/5 guests had to sleep with no pillow or duvet on the first evening. Towels for only 2 people were provided. We contacted the host to advise of this and they sent cleaning staff to rectify this the following day and they provided extra towels, however, they did not provide any additional pillows and only one extra duvet which meant that 2 guests slept a second night with no pillow. The cleaning staff had actually put the back parts of the couch in pillow cases to serve as pillows which was ludicrous as they were very large, hard and uncomfortable. We contacted the host again and eventually on the third night is a 3 night stay they provided an additional duvet and two extra pillows so at last all guests had sufficient supplies to get a decent nights’ sleep. The apartment also only had three mugs, three glasses and three wine glasses so was clearly not equipped for 5 guests which was such a shame as it was a nice apartment in a great area.
