We had a very pleasant stay at Rafaye N16 during our visit to Sapporo.
1. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
2. The self-check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, and the instructions provided were easy to follow. 3. The room was quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the overall experience was excellent.
The property offers great value for money, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Sapporo.
The only minor drawbacks were related to the location and room allocation.
1. The nearest subway station, Kanjo-dori-Higashi Station, is about a 600 m walk from the property, and Hokkaido University is two stops away on the Toho Subway Line. However, the subway service is frequent and convenient, so this was not a major issue.
2. In addition, our accommodation was on the second floor, which required carrying our luggage up the stairs. It would have been helpful if this had been communicated or confirmed in advance so that guests could plan accordingly.
