I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Busan. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were kind and welcoming, always ready to help with any questions. The location was great, with convenient access to Haeundae Beach, restaurants, cafes, and public transportation. One of the highlights of my trip was the beautiful weather in Busan, and being able to enjoy the city from such a convenient location made the experience even better. Busan exceeded my expectations, and this hotel played a big part in making my trip memorable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Busan.

Everything is new, the room was super big and all the facilities were high quality.

The hotel rooms are those of a 5 star hotel, but everything else doesn‘t live up to that standard. The rooms have a kitchen, but there is not even forks or spoons. There is basically no service (housekeeping only after 3 nights, which would be fine if there were other means to get rid of trash), flimsy/cheap toilet paper, etc. The hotel is also not yet finished, which is why there is ni restaurant/breakfast place, no gym, …

Wir waren fünf Nächte dort, und es wurde nicht ein einziges Mal sauber gemacht, Handtücher gewechselt oder der Müll mitgenommen. Nicht 1 mal. Das war schlimm. Wir haben das angesprochen und es ist lange nichts passiert. Dann mussten wir noch mal nachfragen, um frische Handtücher zu bekommen. Nach drei Tagen. Der Boden war sehr dreckig und der Müll stapelte sich 5 Tage lang. Das war überhaupt nicht schön. Es sollte ein Fitnessstudio geben, das gab es nicht. Der Preis war aber, als hätte es alles inklusive gegeben. Es gab keine Entschuldigung keine Erklärung, keine Kompensation. Das hat gar nichts mit fünf Sternen zu tun. Das Bett ist 1,40 m breit. Für unser Verständnis von Luxus ist das viel zu klein. Wer wirklich guten Service haben möchte und bereit ist, so viel Geld auszugeben der muss in ein klassisches Fünfsternehotel gehen. Es gibt eine Küche, aber man darf sie nicht benutzen. Es gab keinerlei Ausstattung.
