No breakfast.
Shared refrigerator and microwave, which were essential for my stay, especially due to lack of breakfast.
Verify if those still exist BEFORE booking, as I heard it will be removed for some weird reason.
Didn't answer the phone they provided after booking. Not even once (tried 10 times).
Didn't allow early check in.
Didn't specify the beds could be separated, thus forcing booking a pricier room.

מלון קטן ומקסים. צוות מקסים וזמין. מאוד גמישים ונוחים.
יש מטבחון מקום להכין דברים ומקררים כדי להביא דברים מהבית. נוף מרהיב מרחק של 2 דק הליכה. מאוד נוח❤️

מיקום נהדר דקה מהמרפסת התלויה על שפת המצוק במכתש ( אבל לאיזור הבילויים בדרך הבשמים זה קצת רחוק וחובה רכב )
פרג' המקסים שקיבל את פנינו - היה אדיב ושירותי
החדר היה מאד נקי, מים רותחים במקלחת 24/7,
פינת המטבחון היתה נקייה בבוקר ומלולכת בערב אחרי שהאורחים השתמשו בה.
כדאי לנקות גם בערב.
מאחר והיה קר מאד, רוחות וגשמים ואיזור הישיבה ב'לובי' - היה קר ופרוץ לרוחות העזות שנשבו.
כדאי לסגור את חלל הישיבה בלובי כי היה בלתי אפשרי לשבת שם וכשביקשתי חימום ( תנור / פטריית חימום / מפזר חום ) - לא קיבלתי מענה.

הצוות מאוד נחמד
חדר מאוד מאוד קטן. מקלחת קטנה ואי אפשר לזוז. המגבת היתה עם חורים.
