L'appartement et la résidence sont exceptionnelles. C'est identique aux photos. Il y a tout ce que vous avez d écrit dans la description. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Je recommande pour son confort, le calme, la piscine, l'emplacement, la station de métro non loin, l'arrêt de bus, la supérette à 2min. Rien à reprocher dans les commodités et la résidence. Il y a un maître nageur pour surveiller la baignade. Une conciergerie h24 avec un agent. C'est neuf très propre et bien aménagé.

Comme dit dans les précédents commentaires.... On vous demande de vous enregistrer avant votre arrivée avec un message envoyé tous les jours sauf qu'il n'y a aucun lien dans ce message. Nous avons dû attendre au pied de l'immeuble pour avoir quelqu'un au bout du fil pour lui expliquer le problème, cela le jour de notre arrivée ! Ouff c'était en journée. Grosse perte de temps car il faut scanner les pièces d'identité de chaque personne et compléter un formulaire. On les contacte par mail par sms par téléphone avant notre arrivée et personne ne répond. C'est dommage car ça gâche le début du séjour. Attention il n'y a pas de produits de première nécessité dans l'appartement mais une supérette se trouve juste en bas.

I liked the location of the property—only 350 meters to the metro, with an on-site gym. It was clean and tidy. The apartment was quiet.

The biggest problem was contacting the apartment owner. 1. The problems started even before our arrival. After paying I received an email and phone number to contact the host. The next day, I received an email from the host requesting online check-in. I didn't see a check-in link in the email. So I asked the owner to resend the check-in link. Despite sending an email, WhatsApp message, and phone call, I received no response. 2. The apartment isn't 60 m² as advertised on the website, but 38-40 m². The question is whether this was a mistake on the owner's part or a deliberately misleading action. 3. There's no gas in the apartment. There's only an electric induction cooktop. The coffee kettle was only aluminum. Induction doesn't work on aluminum :-) So, we made coffee by placing the kettle on a steel frying pan :-) 4. There were large containers of liquid soap in the bathroom, but no soap :-) 5. My wife and daughter needed a hairdryer. We submitted our request on the first day of our stay. No one delivered the hairdryer until the end of our stay, which was seven days :-) 6. There was no contact at the provided phone number throughout our stay. 7. I only received an invoice for my stay after Booking.com intervened five days later.
