My stay at the hotel was very comfortable and well managed. The entrance area was clean and organized, creating a positive first impression. Check-in was quick and well handled, without delays. The elevator was efficient and available at all times. The room met high cleanliness standards. The bed sheets were fresh, properly arranged, and very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless, with consistent hot water and strong water pressure. The air conditioning worked quietly and maintained a stable temperature throughout the stay. Everything was punctual, clean, and professionally managed. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

One small point for improvement would be that the waiting time for the elevator during peak hours was slightly longer than expected.

L’hôtel était très propre, surtout la chambre et la salle de bain qui étaient impeccables. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et frais, avec plusieurs choix de bonne qualité. L’accueil à la réception était chaleureux et professionnel, et le personnel nous a traités avec beaucoup de respect et de gentillesse. Le service en général était excellent, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable.

Petit inconvénient : l’espace du petit-déjeuner était parfois un peu bruyant.
