Ground-floor unit with large floor-to-ceiling windows with electric shutters, south-facing terrace, insect screens and a spacious bathroom – all completely barrier-free.
Inside, you will find a state-of-the-art interior that leaves nothing to be desired. The living room is furnished with a large leather couch and a TV armchair, Smart TV, ideal for relaxing evenings. The kitchenette is fully equipped - from a ceramic hob to various coffee machines (espresso pot, capsule and pod coffee machine) and a dishwasher. The bathroom pampers you with underfloor heating, a towel warmer, toiletries and full towels. The comfort is completed by the spacious bedroom with extra-long beds and a large wardrobe, supported by the well thought-out convenience of insect screens and electric shutters for an undisturbed night's sleep.
