Me encantó la atención de José, el chico de la recepción, es muy amable, respetuoso, ofrece información turística y te ofrecen café y agua gratis, desde su aplicación solicitó un taxi para mi.
Pensé que la habitación sería aseada diariamente, al menos así funcionan los hoteles en mi país. pero tampoco supuso un problema.

Gostei de absolutamente tudo! O hotel superou minhas expectativas em todos os aspectos: conforto, limpeza, localização e atendimento. O grande destaque foi a disponibilidade, atenção e simpatia do Jesus Spitia que nos recepcionou , ele foi extremamente prestativo e fez toda a diferença na nossa estadia. Sempre disposto a ajudar, com um sorriso no rosto e muito profissionalismo. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar aqui e recomendo o hotel a todos!

A acomodação fica em uma área muito central e segura. Fiz absolutamente tudo andando, precisando pegar Uber somente para ir e voltar do aeroporto. Os quartos são extremamente lindos e confortáveis. E principalmente: os funcionários são espetaculares! José e seu irmão me ajudaram dando várias dicas de passeio e lugares para conhecer em Cartagena. Foram extremamente carinhosos, gentis e me fizeram sentir como se estivesse em casa.
Gostei de absolutamente tudo.
