Our overall experience at this hotel was quite disappointing and fell significantly short of our expectations. To begin with, the actual rooms were considerably different from the photographs displayed on the website, which was misleading. Cleanliness was also a major concern. Despite staying for three days and receiving room service only twice, a dead insect remained in the same spot from the first day until our departure. This clearly raised concerns about the hotel's housekeeping standards and attention to hygiene. Food Quality and Pricing The food and beverages were not worth the prices charged. The quality of the tea and coffee, in particular, was underwhelming, and better alternatives are readily available at nearby cafés at more reasonable prices. Management and Breakfast Arrangements The management and coordination were disappointing. Although we had booked a room that included breakfast, the staff initially refused to provide it, stating that breakfast was not included in reservations made through Agoda. We had to approach the reception to resolve the issue, after which we were finally permitted to have breakfast. Even then, we had to repeatedly request the staff to take our food order, reflecting a lack of attentiveness and proper coordination. Staff Behaviour and Customer Service Apart from one or two employees, most of the staff appeared uninterested in providing attentive and satisfactory service to guests. The overall service experience was far from what one would expect from a hotel. Furthermore, during checkout, the staff seemed more focused on receiving tips than on ensuring that guests left with a positive impression of their stay. Final Recommendation Overall, the hotel needs significant improvement in room maintenance, cleanliness, food quality, management, and customer service. Considering the prices charged and the standard of service provided, I would not recommend this property. Travellers can find other hotels at more affordable rates that offer better facilities, hygiene, and hospitality. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to provide guests with the quality of experience they expect and deserve.
