Hermitage Road

This was a lovely spacious Victorian house with original features but also beautifully modernised. Everything was fresh and clean. My elderly mother was very comfortable in the ground floor bedroom with ensuite while we had the upstairs bedroom with separate bathroom. Each floor had a livingroom and there was a large well equipped kitchen on the ground floor. Outside were great seating areas at both the front and back. A space for parking a car was right next to the house but it was only 5 minutes walk to the train station and shopping area. Even so it was quietly located so ideal for a relaxing holiday.

Perfect location, stunning property, well equipped

Only thing I would have liked was a mirror in the downstairs bedroom for hair and makeup. However didn’t effect our trip in anyway.

Everything was perfect, house and gardens are stunning and immaculate. Home from home with everything you could possibly need. Location is fantastic with shops, cafes, beach, castle, play park etc all a short walk away. We visited as a family of 4 with two under 10s and had a fantastic time - we didn’t want to leave and would love to return one day!

Nothing could have been better. A lovely and relaxing stay.

The cleanliness and location. Friendly host. Beautiful accommodation with lovely decoration and curios. Parking is ideal and 2 lovely gardens
