Ist ein bisschen hellhörig.

Schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Direkt am Deich. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren ins Alte Land.

Die Dämmung zur darüberliegenden Wohnung ist mangelhaft, da man wirklich jedes kleinste Geräusch sehr laut hört. Bei geöffnetem Fenster ist es durch die Straße vor dem Haus teilweise recht laut. Die Außenanlage ist grundsätzlich sehr schön, war aber während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr ungepflegt (kein gemähter Rasen, überall Unkraut und vertrocknete Pflanzen).
